Business Coaching To Help You
Build Your Business.

For Personal Trainers, Coaches & Wellness Professionals

Would you like to grow your income, improve your lifestyle and make an even bigger impact in your clients' lives?

Going round and around in circles?

Following marketeers and attending webinars but nothing's really changing?

Feeling confused and frustrated about how best to grow your business (and in a way that feels right)?

Hi, my name is Darren Tebbenham and I'm a business coach. I help Personal Trainers, Coaches and Wellness Professionals to feel 100% confident and a whole lot more competent at growing their business fast and with integrity.

Don't copy somebody else's "blueprint", create your own!

My 4-day retreats are designed to bring you away from distractions and help you focus on your business in a concentrated way. During the 4 days you get help with the very challenges you likely struggle with: your confidence and certainty about how best to move things forwards, how best to create a unique product or solution for people and, of course, how to market it and yourself without wasting time on social media.

Get a Coach

Just as you help your clients accomplish their results more quickly and without the risk associated with them struggling on their own, a coach can help you do the same.

I think EVERY small business owner should have some kind of business coach or mentor. Especially, when what brings most new fitness business owners to become business owners is their love for fitness and wanting to inspire others, not business.

When it is one's passion for the technical aspect of doing what you do that most drives you, i.e. helping people, it is really important to ensure you get the help you need to succeed in business. As you do, you get to help more people and, of course, create a lifestyle you can truly enjoy.

I have had several coaches over the years. I invested in Michael Gerber's coaching and would certainly at least recommend reading his book, the E-Myth. You might also like to pick up a copy of The Prosperous Coach by Rich Litvin and Steve Chandler.

Beyond reading, I think a good business mentor should offer the technical business guidance you sometimes need like how to create a website that actually works (sells), how to send traffic to it and how to reduce the need to always be posting on social media. Like, how to brand one’s marketing materials so that they will most likely connect with their intended audience. But also things like how to develop a product range, price things right or, indeed, accelerate the growth of your business after the first stages of basic client acquisition.

But more than this, I think a good business coach helps hold their clients more accountable. I think they help develop their clients as individuals, supporting them to grow and develop with their business. A coach should bring out the BEST in people (not condition them to comply with a pre-set blueprint). To get started consider a simple coaching pack. Click here to book a complimentary first call.
